No! Randall Furniture is based in Central NJ and locally owned by long time Mercer and Bucks County residents and entrepreneurs, Edward, Harriet and their son Randall Schafer.

How does Randall Furniture and Design differ from other furniture stores?
We saw an opportunity to introduce fresh, fun, lively and affordable home furnishings and accessories that previously could only be found in larger metropolitan areas and in the designer market places. We also wanted to provide a unique level of service that would focus on solving problems as they relate to specific rooms in the customers home. Randall Furniture and Design specializes in many looks from around the world; furniture that will compliment your personality. Do you offer design services?
Absolutely, It is another thing that separates Randall Furniture and Design from your run of the mill furniture store. There is no charge for our free design services. All details are made available in the store for you.

Can I receive an estimate? Or can I give you a strict budget and expect you to stay within it?
You control what you want to spend and we ask that question early on. If you are unsure of the costs, we can help you with our budget development process. It simply gives you an understanding of what the cost would be based on the furnishings you select. Remember, we want you to be in total control of what you spend, what selections you choose, etc. We are simply making helpful suggestions based on what you've told us about your likes, dislikes and how you want to live. In order to make the best possible suggestions for each customer it is imperative that we understand the budget immediately. You may want to complete the project in phases, no problem. You may want to purchase a sofa, loveseat and chair and in two months purchase the rug, end tables and coffee table, and finally the artwork and decorative accessories, or do the living room now and in two months do the dining room, etc. We'll work with you any way you'd like.

If I special order something, how long will it take to get here?
At Randall Furniture and Design you can customize the furniture just the way you want. Generally you can expect to receive your furniture within 6 to 8 weeks.

What is your delivery process?
We pride ourselves on our ability to offer you exceptional service from the first time you enter the store to the final delivery. Everything will always be completely assembled.
